Brittany and Eddie’s rustic fall micro wedding at Chapel in the Hollow was a picturesque celebration nestled in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.  They beautifully dressed the chapel in pale yellow and textured rust fabric, complemented by vibrant sunflower florals that brought a bright and joyful atmosphere to their special day.

Brittany’s love for sunflowers was showcased in every detail, from the charming invitation set to the sunflower ring carrier. She even wore a pair of Converse with sunflower laces, adding a fun and personal touch to her bridal attire.  Her gorgeous bouquets and a fun wooden sign at the entry, along with mums decorating the archway and chapel steps, created a welcoming and festive setting.

She looked stunning in a long-sleeved dress featuring a beautiful flowy train, with her hair styled down in an elegant blend of braids and curls, perfect for the autumn breeze.  Eddie complemented her look perfectly, dressed casually in jeans, a white dress shirt, and a tan vest, embodying the rustic charm of their wedding day.

Brittany’s son had the honor of walking her down the aisle, adding a heartfelt family touch to the ceremony. They also set up a memory table with pictures of loved ones who had passed, a thoughtful tribute to include all their cherished family members in their day of celebration.

Congratulations, Brittany and Eddie! Your wedding beautifully captured the essence of fall and the warmth of your love. May your life together continue to be filled with joy, love, and beautiful sunflower-filled days!

From the Bride

Eddie and I first met in our 9th grade science class. We were high school sweethearts and dated 3 years (2001-2004). We went our separate ways in 2004. We rekindled our love in September 2022 and everything has been history since. On our first ever date, Eddie took me to his family’s cookout in June 2001.

Eddie proposed to me on January 12, 2023. We chose East Tennessee for our rustic fall micro wedding because we have always loved Tennessee. One of the first trips we took together after getting back together was to Pigeon Forge. We both love the fall season, and TN is the most beautiful place to be during this time.

We are looking forward to the most is being surrounded by all the family and friends we love to celebrate the love we have for one another as we become husband and wife.

We love to spend time with our kids and family, spend time outdoors, camp, fish, go four wheeling in the mountains of WV, complete any task together as a couple. We love to travel and visit the mountains and beach as much as possible.
