Summer Evening Wedding
Join us in celebrating the enchanting love story of Brittany and Brandon as they exchanged vows in a captivating summer evening wedding surrounded by the beauty of the forest! The chapel was transformed into a vision of elegance and natural beauty, adorned with stunning hunter green and white fabric that perfectly complemented the lush surroundings. The succulent florals added a touch of freshness and uniqueness to the overall decor, creating a truly magical ambiance. Cakes by Bakin’ Bishop created a gorgeous succulent cake to fit with their theme.
Brittany looked absolutely radiant in her sleeveless dress, featuring a plunging neckline that added a hint of allure to her bridal ensemble. The long veil added an extra touch of grace and romance as she made her way down the aisle. Brandon looked dashing in khakis paired with a white shirt and suspenders, perfectly complementing his bride’s elegant look. Their pastor brought a beautiful twist to the ceremony, choosing a different arrangement for their positioning to showcase the symbolism of his words. It added a touch of creativity and uniqueness to the proceedings, creating a truly memorable experience. The couple cherished this special moment as their love story unfolded in the presence of their loved ones.
Family played a significant role in their celebration as well. Brittany’s two sons joined them during part of the ceremony to help assemble a unity puzzle, symbolizing the blending of their lives and the formation of a new family. It was a heartwarming and touching moment that reflected the love and unity they all shared.
We feel incredibly honored to have been a part of Brittany and Brandon’s love-filled day, capturing the precious memories of their union. May their journey be filled with endless love, joy, and cherished moments as they embark on this new chapter together. Congratulations to the beautiful couple!
From the Bride:
Brandon and I met at work in 2019. We both worked at a behavioral health hospital at the time. His aunt who also worked there, kept telling me how sweet he was and how good of a guy he was. I never thought he would be interested in me because I was divorced and had 2 little boys. But look at us now! He has stepped up so much for me and my boys! Our first official date was in the beginning of Covid in April 2020. Since everything was shut down our first date was at my place just watching movies and hanging out.
He proposed to me at Caesar Creek Lake. He had it all planned out with my best friend Chelsea who is a photographer. We decided on an East Tennessee Wedding after I stumbled across the Chapel in the Hollow on Facebook, and as soon as I saw it I knew if I got remarried that’s where I wanted to do it. It was just so beautiful! I’m excited to be Mrs. Gillespie and celebrate with our family and friends!
We are both HUGE football fans specifically Ohio State and the Bengals. I love knowing he is just as obsessed with football as me. We collect coffee mugs and have about 100 mugs. We clearly are also big coffee fans as well. We love enjoying a cup of coffee together in the morning when we are both off work.
