Hannah and Tyreese joined us for a Tiny Woodsy Wedding at Chapel in the Hollow, celebrating a decade of love. On the very day marking their 10th anniversary, Hannah and Tyreese chose Chapel in the Hollow for their intimate woodland-themed wedding, a beautiful tribute to their enduring love story. They brought a serene charm to the chapel, dressing it in white fabric, gracefully complemented by our delicate blue and yellow florals. Hannah was the picture of elegance in her illusion sleeve lace dress, paired with a tasteful short veil. The loving support of her best friend and mother, as they helped her get ready, added a special touch to her preparations. Tyrese looked dashing in his white suit, his style elevated by iridescent white glitter shoes, adding a unique sparkle to the day. In a heartwarming gesture, Tyreese escorted Hannah’s mother down the aisle, symbolizing the joining of families. Her father and brother then walked her down the aisle to the melodious tune of “A Thousand Years,” creating a moment of timeless beauty. The ceremony, imbued with personal significance, was performed by her father, deepening the emotional resonance of their vows. Their best friends, standing proudly as Man of Honor and Best Man, bore witness to this special union. Following the ceremony, the jumped the broom as a symbol of the start of their new life. The celebration was made even more memorable as Hannah and Tyreese played for their photos, a spontaneous and joyful expression of their love and happiness. Their wedding was not just a union of hearts but a celebration of a decade-long journey together, filled with love, growth, and companionship. As they dance into their future, we wish them endless joy and a lifetime of beautiful moments together. From the Bride: We met our first year of middle school, we were both 11 years old. We instantly clicked and became best friends. We started seriously dating our freshman year of high school, and the rest is history! Our first date was like any other typical high school couple, dinner and a movie. Except halfway through dinner, he stood up and said something to our waiter that I couldn’t hear. About 10 minutes later they came back with a cookie, lit up with birthday candles and began to sing Happy Birthday. This will forever remain as one of my favorite memories because it was not my birthday, but he wanted a way to make me feel special so he told them it was my birthday anyways. And every day since then, he has gone out of his way to make me feel special. 🙂 Tyreese proposed one morning in our bedroom. I remember waking up and seeing a small box on my pillow which read, “This is for our future, I love you baby”. I then walked into the living room to ask what was going on and see Tyreese standing there with roses in his hands, balloons all over the place, and a sign that said, “Will You Marry Me?”. He proceeds to get down on one knee and say, “I have known since I was 11 years old, on that first day that I met you in middle school, that you were the one for me. You are my best friend, my soulmate, my everything. Your smile alone brings so much joy to my heart, and the way you love me is indescribable. I hope to one day make you as happy as you make me. Would you make me the happiest man alive and spend forever with me?”. After I was able to compose myself from bawling, I of course said YES!!! We began planning for the wedding right away and have started planning our forever future! Our first trip we ever took together was to Pigeon Forge in 2015! We’ve always loved the area and the amazing scenery. The thing I’m looking most forward to on our wedding day is getting to become one in the eyes of God with my soulmate forever!! Our wedding day is January 9th, 2024 which will be our 10 year anniversary! We started dating on Jan. 9th, 2014. We love traveling and exploring what this beautiful world has to offer!
